All items 50% off or higher are final sales. Items below 50% off can be returned with a receipt for a full refund.
To Return Items by Mail:
You will receive a return form with every order. Fill in your order number, name and phone number. Indicate if you would like your credit card refunded or an exchange. Mail to: College Traditions Returns, 286 W. Lane Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43201
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn or are not in the original condition.

To Return Items In-Store:
Bring your merchandise along with your receipt. Without a receipt we are able to do a store credit at the current price of that item.
Shipping Rates:
For all standard size ground shipments, we charge a flat rate of $8.95 per order
For oversized items, please call for a quote
We offer second day and overnight shipping for an additional fee. These fees are estimated on the website. The exact shipping charge is determined by the weight of your package and zip code. Please call 1-800-628-4678 for the exact shipping charges. If any items are out of stock we will contact you by phone or email. We are unable to ship your package until we receive your authorization. Please note: We must receive your order by 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday to guarantee expedited shipping. Second Day and Overnight shipping does not apply for Saturday and Sunday Delivery. All overnight and second day shipping must be shipped to a physical address, not a post office box.
Shipping and Handling Information:
In-Stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday-Friday. You may choose to expedite delivery for an additional charge. See above.
Holidays and weekends are not considered shipping dats for UPS or the post office. When figuring anticipated arrival of your package, please do not include holidays or weekends.
